Requirements:

1. A valid passport (6 months from date of departure)
2. A valid A.C.W.Y Meningitis Certificate (Vaccination)
3. Four recent passports size colour photos
4. 50% deposit required on booking and final payment to be payed 4 weeks before departure date.

Conditions: If any problems arise, with british midland flights, alternative indirect arrangements will be made. £200 of the deposit is non refundable. Please make sure you acquire appropriate travel and health insurance. Once the hajj visa has been issued, and the accommodation is booked in madinah and madinah, no refund will be issued unless exceptional circumstances of which written evidence will be required. Shareef Tours will not be held responsible for any, loss of or damage to luggage, changes to the flight plans. These are beyond our control and we cannot do anything in these circumstances.
